Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment is received. Most orders are shipped or ready for local pickup within 24–48 hours.  

You may receive an automated email stating processing may take up to 72 hours, but orders are typically prepared much sooner.

Shipping Rates & Methods

All shipped orders include a flat $8 shipping fee within the United States.  

Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s delivery progress.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no cost.  

You will receive a notification with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

New or Returning Customers

If this is your first order, or if it has been a while since your last purchase, please confirm your email and mailing address before paying your invoice. This ensures accurate delivery and prevents delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.  

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.  

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, I will gladly assist you in starting a claim with the carrier.
